Step-by-step guide
- Go to Customize → Graphs → Custom Graphs
- Create a custom graph like the one described here: https://docs.checkmk.com/latest/en/graphing.html#custom_graphs
After creating the graph, the transformation for the graph will be disabled.

To enable the percentile, click on the box of one metric. Checkmk will open a transformation. Here you can add the percentile value and click on apply transform to transform that.
