Overview

Checkmk Cloud Ingress load balancers now use fixed, stable IP addresses for commercially licensed sites in both EU and US regions. This allows you to reliably configure firewall rules or security groups when sending data from a Checkmk Relay or Push Agent to your Checkmk Cloud client site.

 

When do you need this?

Use these IP addresses if you need to allowlist outbound traffic from your environment to Checkmk Cloud, for example:

  • Push Agent sending data to a cloud site

  • Checkmk Relay forwarding data

  • Environments with strict firewall or security group rules

Additional notes

  • These IPs are stable and intended for allowlisting.

  • Make sure to allow all listed IPs for your region to avoid connectivity issues.

  • If you are using IPv6, ensure your environment supports it properly before relying on those addresses.
