An IP address must be added to the host properties to correct this. 

1. Go to Setup > Host > Edit the properties of the host having issues.

2. Place a [X] next to the Address within the Management Board section.
   .
3. Enter the missing IP into the text field.
   
   .
4. Save and try to discover services again.
