How-to customize graphs timeseries transformation percentile
With Werk #7450, Checkmk can calculate the percentile of a given time series. This feature is also available with Checkmk 1.6.

Step-by-step guide
Go to Customize → Graphs → Custom Graphs.
Create a custom graph like the one described here: Measured values and graphing
After creating the graph, the transformation for the graph will be disabled.

To enable the percentile, click on the box of one metric. Checkmk will open a transformation. Here you can add the percentile value and click on apply transform to transform that.
