How to upload a license report

You need to submit a license report regularly to check if you have exceeded the number of purchased services. Here you can find the instruction on how to do this.

Step-by-step guide


  1. Login to the Checkmk Customer Portal with your account
    .
  2. Navigate to "Subscriptions" and open the subscription for which you want to upload the License Audit
    .
  3. In the subscription view, you must initially generate a password: Go to "Generate Application Account Password" to set up a password.




  4. Click on "Submit License Report "
    .
  5. A pop-up appears where you have to enter the previously generated password
    .

  6. Select the license audit via "Choose File"

    .

  7. By clicking on "Submit, "the license audit is uploaded.
