Step-by-step guide


  1. Sign in with your customer portal credentials to the following URL https://portal.checkmk.com

  2. Click on ''Download Checkmk'' 

  3. You will be redirected to the download page https://checkmk.com/download



  4. Select the applicable edition

  5. Choose your platform

  6. Install Checkmk by using the download function (marked in red) or the command line



  7. You will be redirected to the download web page

  8. A pop-up window appears where you have to enter your customer portal credentials again to authorize
