How to navigate through the customer portal

Here you can find the basic guideline for the customer portal and learn how to navigate through sections.

Step-by-step guide


  1. Sign in with your customer portal credentials to the following URL https://portal.checkmk.com

  2. Now you can view details about your account depending on your user role. You can be either a Super User, Admin, or User.

  3. When you log in, you will be taken to the page with different menu points where you can see your company data. You can manage numerous things here, from adding new users to viewing invoices.

    This section includes the following links:

    • Download → Download the latest Checkmk software
    • Support → Create support tickets
    • Manage Users → Manage and create users for this portal


  4. You can edit your personal information on the right side of the Customer Portal. You can also find the following links:

    • Details → Edit details such as name and address
    • Manage payment methods → Mange your payment methods
    • Security Settings → Here, you can edit your security settings, like setting a new password
